At ICUK my main responsibility was to create a new Web API to replace the existing XML based version. It was designed to allow resellers access to the broadband platform but could be extended with additional modules for other services. Some of the features of the API included address checking for services, calculating data usage and creating new broadband orders.
I also developed the documentation system and an interactive console for sending test requests. The documentation pages and API console forms were all built programmatically using reflection to extract code comments.
